We offer a basic five-step turf management program that works very well. Pricing is based on the square footage of the turf. Annual cost is calculated to treat the area measured and divided into five equal payments for convenience. This annual lawn care program is the most requested service that we offer. Although most of our clientele begin with our basic program for turf care, we do offer some optional premium services.
We get asked from time to time about product on adjacent surfaces. We do offer as a premium service, blowing of driveway, sidewalk, and porch or patio areas. Cost is based on the amount of areas to be cleaned. For those who want service beyond the application, we are happy to help.
We recommend core aeration and seeding, as needed each season. We provided this additional service to some 25%-30% of our customer base this past season. If your lawn is not receiving this service, it could be performing and looking better for you.
Shrubbery applications are available to help keep your landscape healthy and vibrant with color. Insecticides are timed to prevent bagworms and fertilizers can be applied spring and fall.
Deep root feeding of trees can be provided spring and fall. If you have trees less than 10 years old, this service will give your trees the nutrition they need to give you the shape and color you planted them for. Great for anyone starting new trees!
Fungicides can be applied for those in need. This is an area where we have some new products that are showing superior performance over what we had in the past. These new products are costly and expense can be an issue.
Soil amendments can be provided to help our clay-based soil. We frequently recommend lime, which we apply in winter. Improve nutrient availability and have a greener lawn.
